on the pic that i got for this drawing, the dog was laying on the carpet floor, a ball between his feets.
i think, it means "cīmon, letīs play!"

Hahaha...The soul-searching stare when said Westie desperately wants you to say/do exactly what they want, and the utter glee that comes when you do it.

I've tried to draw my Westie, but I've really only done pencil sketches, and that white fur is so hard to draw! You really have to try to capture its shininess or it looks too dark.

yes, the white tones are difficulty.
but i have ca. 5 different white tones from faber-castell. ivory, blue-shining white, light grey and so on.
itīs quite easy to get the effects you want.
